How does marine life survive in Antarctica?

Hello.. Hope you all are doing well.  Everyone knows that polar bears in Antarctica depends on fishes to survive. But then how does fish survive the chilled water.  So, Water has a property called anomalous expansion. Like every liquid water contracts when cooled, but it only contracts till 4° C, after that it starts to expand at prodigious rate until it reaches 0° C. Due to this expansion the water, the bottom is filled with dense water with constant temperature of 4°C while the upper surface converts to ice. Once, upper surface converts to ice  the oxygen is trapped inside, which helps fishes to survive. Also, we have algae which provides more than half of world's oxygen. Thanks for your time.

Birth of UNIX/LINUX based systems along with C

Image
Unix has a vast history. It all started when in 1965 three major companies-MIT, General Electric and Bell laboratory of AT&T (American Telephone and Telegraph Company) started to work on a project named  MULTICS  (Multiplexed Information and computing system). Later, when the project was not showing any progress, so, Bell laboratory's scientists withdrew from the project, which made the project to drop. But, Interestingly two of the scientists named Ken Thompson and Dennis Ritchie continued their work. They worked on  UNICS (Uniplexed Information and computing system) which was made on a machine named PDP-7. “The main idea of developing these systems were to make a multi-user Operating system” Now, when they made UNICS there was a problem of portability since all of the code was in assembly language. So, Ken thompson made a language named B. Though B, sufficiently performed well but still they wanted a better approach. So, Dennis Ritchie started to work on a

A Living Legend - Elon Musk

Image
Elon Musk is the founder, CEO, and CTO of SpaceX , CEO of Tesla Inclusive , CEO of Neuralink and Co-Chairman of OpenAI .  He was previously co-founder and chairman of  SolarCity ; co-founder of  Zip2 ; and founder of  X.com , which merged with  Confinity  and took the name  Paypal . His passion for coding was so profound that he sold his first game at the age of 12 for 500$, the game was called Biastar, to a magazine called PC and Office technology.  His life's motto is to colonize mars which he will do by bombing nukes on south and north pole of mars which in turn will produce enough heat to form molten magma and then cooling it to form water. So in one statement he even went on saying that he doesn't want to die on earth. Tesla is one of the biggest companies in manufacturing Battery-powered sports cars. He is behind the invention of a rooftop solar panel which will cost less than the usual rooftop panel over houses. Besides this, the panel wil

Information Security - History.

Hello there and welcome to my blog. Let’s start with the definition of Information security. Information Security  is a field of computer science which provides methods and practices in securing the data in all of its forms. Everything you do from watching movies to surfing Internet, is a form of data which needs to be protected. History of Information security When ARPANET( What is ARPANET? - Definition from WhatIs.com ) successfully came up with using TCP/IP protocol in transferring the data. Two major bodies started using it. Academic Environments. [Open model] Government Environments. [Closed model] Academic environments had an open network which was open for the public to come to access the resources of it, so people all over the globe could make use of it. Government Environments had closed network which was not open for public and could only be accessed by inside or people on that particular network. This system had a major problem. Let’s suppose you bought

Time Money and Fate.

How do you perceive life? is a question which might have stuck you at some point in your life. Like Why are we here? What is our life’s motto? Are we just here to Born, Raise a family, and then die. No, there must be something in the middle somewhere which could have made our life much more interesting. Isn’t it? Is it -                              1.Money.                              2.Love. Let’s put aside everything and look upon the lives of people around us. There are only two kinds of people the one who is rich or who is working to make money, has a car, own a house, see everyone as a competitor and the other who is not rich or who don’t think materialistic world should be given importance rather he/she will admire, love and be happy with people around them.  These two perspectives on living life have their own significance and will have their consequences in the end. Steve jobs at his deathbed said that - “ I gave everything to this world still now when I’m in my de

The beginning of life on our Planet Earth.

It’s been 14 billion years since the big bang, 4.5 billion years when the earth was formed and around 2.8 million years  when humans came into existence. From then many things have changed and evolved. What didn’t change was that if there is a beginning of new life, then an end somewhere. We have tried to fight this rule made by nature and start evolving in the fields of Neuroscience and molecular biology and now we have reduced the death rate to some extent. With just 21 years on this planet, I might be a little less qualified to tell you about life So, feel free to correct me anywhere you need. Like I was telling Life has always let people think about how did we come into existence? Is there an answer to it? Well, yes, there is. See Life started on earth because of its life-sustainable distance from the sun. Earth was the only planet which was fortunate enough to get enough sunlight and winter which made glaciers to melt and there it was water which gradually started to let
